How We Pack

Packed with the same care it was made.

A handmade piece deserves to arrive perfectly. Here is exactly how we wrap, protect and send your order — and an honest word on where we are still improving.

01

A final quality check

Before anything is wrapped, each piece is inspected by hand. Loose threads are trimmed, knots are checked, and only pieces we are proud of are cleared to ship.

02

Wrapped to protect

Delicate, handmade pieces are wrapped snugly so they arrive exactly as they left the studio. For fragile items we add cushioning to guard against knocks in transit.

03

Recyclable where we can

Wherever possible we use recyclable paper, corrugated cartons and reused filler. We are steadily moving more of our packaging to materials you can recycle or compost at home.

04

Sealed and labelled

Your order is sealed, labelled and handed to our courier with a tracking link sent to you — so you always know where your parcel is.

Our honest note on plastic

We will be straight with you: some of our shipments still use plastic to keep handmade, sometimes fragile pieces safe over long courier journeys across India and beyond. We do not think that is the finish line — we are actively reducing it, reusing what we receive, and testing paper and compostable alternatives that protect just as well. When we make the switch, you will see it here.
