Where we ship
Anywhere in India. International shipping launches in Phase 2 — write to us if you’d like to be notified.
Shipping fees
- Free on orders of ₹2,500 and above.
- ₹99 flat for orders below ₹2,500.
Processing time
Because every piece is hand-made and quality-checked one by one, we usually ship within 3–4 working days of receiving payment. Festival weeks (Diwali, Holi, Eid) and monsoon months may add a day or two — we’ll WhatsApp you if there’s any delay.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Tier 2/3 cities: 5–8 working days
- Remote pincodes: up to 10 working days
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of dispatch. We use Shadowfax, Delhivery, BlueDart and India Post depending on your pincode.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive
If the courier hasn’t moved your parcel for 3+ days, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll chase them directly. We don’t leave anyone hanging.
