Returns & Exchanges

Free 7-day exchanges on damaged or mis-shipped pieces. We don’t accept change-of-mind returns.

The short version

  • Exchanges: within 7 days of delivery, free.
  • Returns / refunds: we don’t offer them, except when payment didn’t result in a shipped order.

When you can exchange

Within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The piece arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The colour or size is significantly different from the listing.

Because every piece is handmade, small natural variations in tone, knot tension and fringe length are not defects — they are what makes your piece one of one.

What can’t be exchanged

  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces.
  • Festive sale items marked “final sale”.
  • Pieces that have been used, washed or altered.

How to start an exchange

  1. WhatsApp us at +91 87961 72472 within 7 days of delivery with your order number + a photo of the issue.
  2. We’ll confirm and arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
  3. Once we receive the original piece, we ship the replacement (or an equivalent piece if your original is sold out) within 3–4 working days.

Refunds

If a replacement isn’t possible (item permanently sold out, no equivalent available), we’ll refund to the original UPI within 5–7 business days. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind.


We’re a small team and we want every piece to find a happy home. If something isn’t right, talk to us — we’ll figure it out.
